This baby deer was spotted on the trail on our property that Natey, Paul and I were hiking one day. It was literally just a few feet away from us on the trail, but it never moved a muscle. We might have walked right past it if Paul hadn't spotted it. How Providential that Natey brought his camera along!
Natey got a bunch of neat pictures of this Nuthatch family because this birdhouse is on our property, right by our garden, and he was able to sit fairly close by and watch these busy bird parents take care of their babies for many days.
